Brokerage is exclusively paid to Brokers / Freight Forwarders / Customs House Agents only for Export shipments as per the Brokerage party details submitted at the time of submission of bookings calculated as per the below table

• 2% of Basic Ocean Freight on Exports for cargo destined to any other port except ports in Israel.
• 1% of Basic Ocean Freight on Exports for cargo destined to ports in Israel.

If there is a change in the Brokerage / Claimant party details subsequent to the acceptance of Booking, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) need to be obtained from the Brokerage claimant party as per the initial request in the name of the new party, for processing of Brokerage payments.

With the introduction of online brokerage request submission and approval process, Customers / Shipper can avail of such value added facility through easy and fast access.

The Brokerage / Claimant party needs to register through our website for submission of Brokerage application request. Once the registration is completed, the Brokerage / Claimant party can apply for the Brokerage payment online. The Brokerage amount will be calculated and the Debit note will be generated automatically from our website in .PDF format which can be downloaded and printed. The Debit note need to be printed on the Claimant’s Letter Head and need to be submitted at our local office for processing the payment.
